What we collect and why
We may also receive the date and time of submission and basic security information supplied by the hosting platform, such as an IP address and browser details. This is used to deliver the website, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
Our reasons for using it
We process enquiry information because you voluntarily provide it for the stated purpose, to take steps you request before a possible engagement, and where necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and protecting the website. We may also retain information where a legal obligation requires it.
Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered using Resend, our transactional email provider, and processed by the infrastructure provider that hosts this website. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to establish or protect legal rights or comply with law. We do not permit service providers to use enquiry information for their own advertising.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires it, we use the provider's contractual and organisational safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become an engagement, we normally delete it within 12 months. If work begins, relevant correspondence becomes part of the project record and is retained for the engagement and any additional period required for contracts, accounts, disputes or law. Hosting and security logs follow the hosting provider's retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, complete or erase your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where consent applies; or request a copy in a portable form. You may also raise a grievance or complain to the data-protection authority available in your jurisdiction.

Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not enable advertising cookies, behavioural analytics or a CRM tracker. If non-essential cookies or analytics are introduced, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.
The MODULAR concept configurator stores a setup in your browser only when you choose to save it. You can remove that setup using its forget control or your browser settings. A shared configuration link contains the selected product options, not enquiry details.
Security, children and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. This business-to-business website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly seek their information.
